Hawaii Shopaholics has adopted the Yokosuka Base in Japan to mail expired manufacturer coupons to military families overseas.
Did you know that military families stationed in a foreign country can use expired manufacturer coupons up to 6 months after the expiration date at the Commissaries and Exchanges.
We collect expired coupons at all the Coupon Swaps and mail them. We ask that you help with shipping so please donate $1-$2 depending on the amount of coupons you contribute. If you would like to mail coupons on your own below is 2 address for the Yokosuka Base.

The United States Postal Service (USPS) has FPO/APO boxes which are a couple bucks cheaper to send than normal flat rate large boxes. If you do not have a lot of expired coupons use an envelope with a stamp. Rule of thumb is 30 coupons = 1 stamp. Allow up to 1 month for coupons to reach its final destination.
Please note they can only use manufacturer coupons. No store coupons, such as Target, Walgreens, CVS, Publix store coupons, etc… Also, they cannot use expired rebates.
They can use expired printed internet manufacturer coupons and manufacturer coupons out of magazines, coupon inserts and so forth.
You do not need to separate the coupons into any categories.
